We agree a collection appointment, assess your device, confirm the repair quote and arrange its return once the agreed work is complete.
Best suited to repairs that need time, specialist equipment or more detailed diagnostics.
On-site help
For suitable jobs, we arrange a visit to your home or workplace. The repair location and requirements are confirmed when booking.
Useful for setup, troubleshooting and selected repairs. Not every repair can be completed on-site.
Before your appointment
Back up your device if you can. Describe any previous damage or repair attempts, and tell us about access or timing requirements. Do not send passwords through an enquiry form.

We arrange collection and return, or on-site help where suitable, in Braintree and surrounding areas. We do not currently have a walk-in shop. Please contact us before travelling or sending a device.
We confirm any assessment, collection or visit charge, repair price, estimated turnaround and applicable warranty terms before you approve the work.
